Returns/Exchanges In-Store.
You are quite welcome to return/exchange goods to our store with the receipt you receive in
your parcel. This option is preferred (if possible) as you can receive an exchange or refund
directly and easily. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn, unwashed,
with all manufacturers' identification tags and packaging included.

Return of Item(s) Via Post.
To return an item(s) via the post, please include your receipt and the slip that is attached
to your receipt that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.
Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears on your receipt. Goods must be returned
within 3 weeks of order date - unworn, unwashed, with all manufacturers' identification tags
and packaging included.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty

For an exchange of style or size, please include credit card details to cover $5 redelivery
cost. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please make sure your name,
